The story:
While I've been training professionally for a year, fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always active — playing football at lunch, trying out for the basketball team, and developing an obsession with calisthenics in middle school. My first gym was the local rec center, and from there it became a full lifestyle: counting calories, sleeping early, and putting in two to three hours of work day after day.
That obsession taught me a lot — but it also taught me what not to do. I learned that sustainable results don't come from destroying yourself in the gym. They come from smart programming, consistent habits, and a plan that actually fits your life.
Today I bring that hard-earned experience to every client I work with. I'm NASM certified — the gold standard in the fitness industry — and I have a broad base of knowledge across calisthenics, resistance training, cycling, martial arts, yoga, and basketball. Whatever your starting point, I'll meet you there.
